According to NetMart's refund policy, customers are entitled to request a refund within 24 hours of the purchase date. The conditions for a refund include the items being in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. The refund amount will include the sum of the amount spent on the food/item plus the delivery charge, excluding any additional charges incurred. The deadline for refunding an order is 3 days from the date of receiving the goods. Customers must provide a detailed reason for their decision when requesting a refund through their account. The refund will be processed no later than 2 days from the day the Merchants receive the returned goods, and the refunded amount will be added to the customer's wallet for re-purchase. Refunds are done only through the wallet.
